The location is marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to a collegiate university. The rooms are fashionable and neat with shower and the bathroom, for instance.

We had an outstanding stay for 2 nights.

Easy walk to a bus stop, the location was convenient and peaceful, close to the Otago museum. The rooms were good value for money in general. The staff were more than helpful with planning our trip.

I really enjoyed the well-kept room with crockery and the bathroom and a spa bath. They offered milk, bread, muesli, jam and eggs for breakfast. Also, location was handy and easy, relatively close to an art museum.

The hotel had a very central location within walking distance of most of Dunedin attractions.

The location was comfortable: main shopping street and a shopping street were within walking distance. Bars and restaurants were located near the hotel.

Clean hotel with helpful staff, easy base for longer stay. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, to many food places & town centre. Also - not far from Forsyth Barr Stadium, and restaurants, supermarket and Dunedin university campus and accommodation.

Plenty of food at the complimentary breakfast.

The room was neat with a comfy bed and with crockery etc. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided. Friendly service, just what we needed. The staff that checked us in was friendly and amazing friendly.

The location is excellent, 1 mile from a regional history museum.

Separate room with lovely new furniture, spa bath, free breakfast. Location - great and handy, close enough to shops, restaurants and other attractions, and botanic gardens and town centre. Also, in an unkept area of the complex.

My two-night stay at a conveniently located motel was incredibly comfortable. The spacious one-bedroom apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The breakfast included in the room rate was a nice touch, and the premium WiFi was excellent. Despite being on the main road, the room was clean and away from any noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view to hills of North Dunedin was magnificent and our room was nice little. We were in a magnificent location at walking distance from a collegiate university.

incredible location close enough to local attractions, town centre and take aways as well as shops and the octagon, it's very central. there's epicdog with nice shots right at the venue.
